The conference was organized to comprehensively review and assess the key achievements after one year of implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation. At the event, the Hanoi Party Committee’s Steering Committee for Resolution 57 officially launched the Hanoi Innovation Network, while also identifying key tasks toward the goal of positioning Hanoi as a leading regional hub for technology and innovation by 2026.

NDAChain – Vietnam’s Blockchain Platform for Trusted Identity and Data

At the exhibition area, delegates directly explored NDAChain in its role as Vietnam’s blockchain platform, responsible for authentication, digital identity, and trusted data protection at the national level. NDAChain is designed as a foundational infrastructure layer, enabling secure data connectivity, verification, and interoperability among government agencies, enterprises, and citizens in the digital environment.

Within the NDAChain ecosystem, several core application platforms are being deployed, notably NDATrace - Vietnam's Platform for Product Identification, Verification and Traceability and and NDAKey - Digital Identity Application. Together, these products contribute to building a unified, transparent, and scalable digital ecosystem at the national level.

Accelerating Digital Transformation, Protecting Brands, and Enhancing Governance Efficiency

The NDAChain development team presented the NDAChain solution to Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc.

Applications built on NDAChain have been implemented across key sectors such as agriculture, food, pharmaceuticals, and commerce, with the participation of leading enterprises including TH true MILK, ECO Pharma, and AgriS. By leveraging blockchain technology and digital identity, NDAChain effectively addresses the challenges of counterfeit and substandard goods, helping businesses protect brand reputation, enhance competitiveness, and improve supply chain transparency.
